Deliver high-quality customer support to French-speaking clients across various projects (e-commerce travel tech lifestyle etc.).
Manage incoming inquiries via phone email or chat with professionalism and empathy.
Identify customer needs and provide effective solutions.
Ensure an outstanding customer experience in every interaction.
Your Profile

Native or C2 level in French (written and spoken).

B1/B2 level in English for internal communication.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Motivated to relocate to Greece for a rewarding international experience.
