Job Description:
As a Fiber Home Installation Engineer at XAD Technologies LTD you will play a crucial role in connecting customers to high-speed fiber broadband. Youll ensure installations are carried out efficiently to the highest standards and with a customer-focused approach as you will be working inside clients homes.
Responsibilities:
- Installing and configuring fiber optic broadband systems in residential properties.
- Testing and troubleshooting to guarantee optimal system performance.
- Educating customers on system usage and addressing any queries.
- Adhering to safety and quality standards during installations.
- Maintaining accurate records of completed work and reporting issues promptly.
Requirements:
- Certifications: SA001 SA002 S008 S007 SA051C SA020 and NSWRA/SLG are essential.
- Criminal Record Check - will be required.
- Previous experience in fiber installation or telecommunications is preferred.
- Strong technical aptitude and familiarity with fiber optic tools and systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Outstanding communication and customer service abilities.
- Full UK Manual driving license.
