Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a Med-Surg/Telemetry assignment in Mayfield Heights Ohio. The RN will provide high-quality patient care and ensure clinical excellence in a fast-paced environment caring for adult and geriatric patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients with diverse medical and surgical conditions.

• Perform patient assessments interpret cardiac rhythms and recognize early signs of deterioration.

• Administer medications perform therapeutic interventions and document all patient care accurately.

• Collaborate with physicians case managers and interdisciplinary teams for optimal outcomes.

• Maintain compliance with infection control hospital policies and HIPAA regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of recent Med-Surg/Telemetry experience (required).

• Licensure: Active Ohio RN License or Compact License (must be in hand).

• Certifications:

  • BLS AHA

  • ACLS AHA

  • NIHSS
