We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient Electrical Technical Officer to support facilities operations through design coordination drawing management and compliance oversight. This role is based at one of our key sites and reports directly to the Facility Site Manager and Project Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and prepareconceptual design presentationsconstruction drawings anddetailed technical documentation.
Review and verify drawings to ensurecompliance with project specificationsregulatory standards andindustry codes.
Maintain and periodically updatemaster drawings(M&E Architectural C&S) and ensure proper documentation in thedrawing e-registry.
Collaborate with theFacility Site ManagerandProject Managerto support ongoing and new projects.
Performad-hoc drafting and documentation tasksas assigned by management.
Requirements
Degree in Engineeringor a related discipline.
Proficient inAutoCADwith experience in3D drafting.
Working knowledge ofMicroStationandArchitectural Desktop (ADT)is a strong advantage.
Minimum5 years of relevant drafting experience preferably in facilities management or the built environment.
Highlyresponsiblemeticulous andreliablewith a strong work ethic.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
