Job Summary
TheDepartment ofChemistry attheUniversity ofSouthFlorida(USF)seeks tofilla9-month full-time and tenure-earning position attherank ofAssistant Professorwitharesearch focus inInorganic Chemistry andteaching commensuratewith theposition.
Theposition isexpected tostartAugust 72026 ontheTampa campus withacompetitive salary and start-up willestablish a strong externally fundedresearch program andmust contribute toteachingatundergraduate and graduate levels.

Qualifications
MinimumQualifications: Doctoraldegreefromanaccredited institution inChemistry Inorganic Chemistry oraclosely related fieldwith apromising record of achievementinteaching academic forappointment totherankofAssistant Professor.
PreferredQualifications: Preference willbegiven toapplicants withdemonstratededucation research experience beyond willalso begiven to applicants whohaveexpertise orexperience inteachingupper-levelundergraduate chemistrycoursesincludingInorganic Chemistry or Materials Science.
Conclusion ofthissearchissubject to final budget approval.
