Data Integration Reporting Lead
The Data Integration and Reporting Lead role spearheads critical data management reporting and automation close collaboration with IT and Analytics this position will ensure that data assets are validated and properly structured. This role will consolidate existing reports and translate complex data from multiple sources into standardized actionable reports and dashboards. This role will implement best practices explore AI-driven solutions to automate and optimize process efficiency and support customer teams by providing critical data and reporting.
Responsibilities:
Data Integration Reporting and Automation:
Partner closely with IT and Analytics teams to validate source data define data models and ensure data integrity and setup within our internal platforms
Build maintain and enhance actionable high-performance dashboards and reportings solutions ensuring they are accurate efficient and user-friendly
Audit consolidate and migrate legacy reports from various sources into modern centralized solutions
Explore and implement AI-driven tools and techniques to enhance data quality improve accuracy and automate manual processes.
Business Reporting and Stakeholder Support:
Establish and enforce data reporting best practices and standards to ensure consistency accuracy and a single source of truth
Support customer-facing teams; align with cross-functional teams to provide critical data and reports
Ad Hoc Report Management
Manage and prioritize ad-hoc reporting requests from various business stakeholders.
Lead small-scale customer and internal data projects from inception to completion
Required Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Business Analytics Supply Chain or related field
Minimum 5 years experience in Business Intelligence Data Management or a related field
Knowledge of reporting tools visualization techniques and visualization tools like (i.e: Tableau or DOMO or Power BI)
Proficiency in SQL is required
Familiarity with ERP systems and data warehousing concepts.
Hands-on experience with scripting/programming languages for data manipulation and process automation.
Proficiency in Snowflake or similar systems
Preferred Qualifications:
An advanced degree in Computer Science Business Analytics Supply Chain or related field
Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and their practical application in data management and process automation
SAP System knowledge: including R/3 APO
Experience with Circana and/or NielsenIQ
Python scripting experience
Strong Functional / Technical knowledge of Supply Chain processes
Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range $106000.00 - $145000.00 USD
Pay is determined based on experience qualifications and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses profit-sharing and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.
Benefits: Salaried employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package including medical dental vision basic life insurance paid parental leave disability coverage and participation in the 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions subject to eligibility requirements. Additional benefits include a minimum of 15 vacation/PTO days (hourly employees receive a minimum of 120 hours) and 13 paid holidays (vacation days are prorated based on the employees hire date within the calendar year). Paid sick leave is adjusted based on role and location in accordance with local laws. Detailed information regarding paid sick leave entitlements will be provided to employees upon hiring and may be subject to adjustments based on changes in legislation or company policies.
