OT325: NSP - BLOOMFIELD CT 212 WEST NEWBERRY RD BLOOMFIELD CT 06002 USAUNITEC Parts Company is searching for a high-energy extremely motivated customer centric Associate Account Managment to increase the sales of spare parts and develop relationships by providing exceptional customer service. On a typical day you will:
Meet or exceed annual sales goals with parts sales to the external customer base by attaining daily call activity metrics increasing touchpoints and following up on leads.
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers placing orders for service parts ensuring customer satisfaction and account management.
Researching and identifying part numbers obtaining part prices and lead times and tracking shipment with close management on special/larger orders sold by Unitec.
Provide timely and accurate quotes and offer obsolescence product solutions to grow the sales pipeline.
Proactively propose promote and develop promotional product campaigns for new and existing products.
Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge of parts and packages.
What you will need to be successful:
Basic Qualifications:
Needs to be self-motivated and able to manage many simultaneous projects and responsibilities
The successful candidate should be very comfortable in a technical environment utilizing Microsoft-based computer software and HubSpot CRM.
Goal-orientated with strong time management and organizational skills
This position provides an excellent opportunity to further develop communication field and elevator knowledge and business/technical skills while providing an excellent overview of Otis operations for future career growth opportunities.
Preferred Qualifications:
Candidates should possess a Bachelors degree with relevant work experience; or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
