Position Overview
Were seeking a Vipros Operator to join our production team and play a key role in delivering the exceptional quality our customers expect. This position offers a hands-on opportunity to work with precision machinery in a supportive environment that values safety promotes continuous learning and encourages advancement from within.

Key Responsibilities

Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Accurately measure components using calipers tape measures and pin gages
Inspect parts throughout production runs and make necessary adjustments
Set up tooling load programs and operate cranes to retrieve and position material
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Monitor tooling condition and coordinate sharpening or replacement as needed
Operate forklifts safely and efficiently

Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year of experience in machining or steel manufacturing
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Physical ability to stand walk lift and push 50100 lbs.
Basic math skills and a High School Diploma or GED
Proven commitment to safety and quality standards
Must pass a drug screening and background check
