Tuesday @ Brookfield Clinic 7:25am to 4:35pm

Friday @ Pewaukee Clinic 6:45am to 3:15pm

As a Clinical Support Associate (CSA) you will be part of a collaborative team supporting patients with a wide range of sleep disordersfrom insomnia and sleep apnea to restless legs syndrome and narcolepsy. Our Sleep Center is accredited by the American Academy of Sleep Medicine and staffed by board-certified sleep specialists Sleep Techs and dedicated support staff. This role blends direct patient care with administrative and clinical support duties and will include scribing for physicians.

What Youll Do:

Provide compassionate clinical support for patients undergoing sleep evaluations and follow-up care
Assist with rooming patients obtaining vital signs updating health histories and facilitating patient education
Support physicians with documentation and chart prepping to ensure smooth and efficient visits
Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to improve quality of life for patients with sleep challenges

What You Will Do:

Provides direct care to patients under the supervision and delegation of the Nurse Practitioner Physician Assistant or Physician within ProHealth Medical Group. Provides care in partnership with the patient and their family with the goal of supporting an optimal healing community.

Support ProHealth Cares Mission Vision and Values while adhering to the ProHealth Experience customer service goals.
Efficiently prepare exam rooms by setting up proper equipment and supplies following standard rooming workflows to prepare patients for provider exams obtaining vital signs health history verification and ensuring accurate documentation in the EMR
Clean exam rooms after each patient visit and maintain sufficient stock of supplies.
Answer patient calls obtain medical information report test results administer medications and vaccinations prepare sterile fields and assist with procedures as directed by providers.
Perform therapeutic treatments health screenings specimen collection Point of Care testing and assist with splints or wound care under supervision.
Respond to urgent situations call for clinical assistance as needed and assist in maintaining clinic medications vaccinations supplies and equipment.
Float to other departments or clinic locations as assigned by PHMG Leadership.

What you will Need:

High School Diploma or Equivalent
Completion of Medical Assistant EMT LPN or other equivalent clinical training program
AHA BLS or ability to obtain upon hire
1 Year of experience New graduates will be considered
