We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated intern to support the Regulatory Affairs team with UDI (Unique Device Identification) data entry activities for Australia and Singapore. Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with accurate entry and maintenance of UDI data in relevant regulatory databases (e.g. TGA Singapore HSA).
- Review and validate product information to ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary documentation and data.
- Support data quality checks and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain organized records and documentation for audit readiness.
- Assist with other regulatory support tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Life Sciences Pharmacy Biomedical Engineering or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other data management tools.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with UDI requirements or regulatory databases is a plus.
- Interest in regulatory affairs or medical device compliance.
