About the Role
This is a full-time permanent leadership position within the school offering the chance to shape SEND strategy manage provision across all key stages and lead a dedicated team of support staff and teaching assistants.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the implementation and evaluation of the schools SEND strategy
Coordinate and review Education Health and Care Plans (EHCPs)
Train and mentor classroom staff on adaptive teaching and inclusion
Liaise with parents carers and external agencies to ensure consistent support
Monitor and report on progress and intervention outcomes

Facilities and Resources:
Dedicated SEND hub with breakout rooms and sensory spaces
Access to advanced assistive technologies for learning support
Collaboration with local therapists educational psychologists and SEND networks
Strong pastoral and safeguarding team support

Experience and Qualifications:
