Job Summary

A fast-growing international company recognized for its expertise in OT and IoT cybersecurity is looking for a Frontend Software Engineer (Cloud) to join its expanding team. The company develops cutting-edge solutions that protect critical infrastructures and connected environments across industries such as energy manufacturing transportation and public services.

As a Software Engineer (Cloud Frontend) you will contribute to the development and design of an innovative cloud platform dedicated to industrial cybersecurity.

Your responsibilities will include:

Contribute to the development and design of our cloud solution.
Design and implement using available technologies while taking the initiative to learn new ones.
Develop and implement medium to large-scale features while reducing the systems technical debt.
Proactively support colleagues to achieve overall team success.
Champion and improve team processes clarifying benefits and trade-offs for the entire team.
Make a positive impact on the teams overall dynamics and performance.
Adopt and embody the companys cultural pillars including transparency trust and protection of critical elements.
Work in a fast-paced agile and constantly evolving environment.
Seize opportunities to take ownership of user-facing features from inception to release and beyond.

Technical environment: JavaScript / TypeScript React Ruby / Ruby on Rails automated testing (TDD BDD etc.) agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
Location: Mendrisio Swiss.
Remuneration: from 55K CHF (depending on profile).

Required profile:

Proven experience in JavaScript and/or TypeScript development.
Experience with React is highly valuable.
Ruby / Ruby on Rails experience is a plus.
Experience in automated testing (TDD BDD etc.) and agile methodologies.
Ability to work in an environment with high confidentiality and data protection requirements.
Team spirit technical rigor and a taste for innovation.
