GSR Group proudly owns and operates Wingstop franchise locations providing outstanding food and exceptional service to our guests. Were expanding our support team to include a Data Entry Clerk. This role is essential in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for every guest whether theyre asking about menu items orders or employment opportunities.
Job OverviewWe are looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our this role you will be responsible for inputting updating and maintaining data in our databases and systems. Accuracy efficiency and a strong work ethic are essential to ensure the quality of our records and data management processes.
Key Responsibilities1. Data Input & Maintenance
Accurately enter and update data into company databases and systems.
Review and verify data for errors inconsistencies or missing information.
Organize and categorize data to ensure easy retrieval and efficient use.
Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive data.
2. Data Quality Control
Perform regular data quality checks to ensure information is accurate complete and up-to-date.
Correct errors and discrepancies in data ensuring proper documentation of changes.
Assist in data cleaning tasks such as eliminating duplicate entries or correcting formatting issues.
3. Data Retrieval & Reporting
Retrieve and compile data reports as requested by supervisors or other departments.
Provide data for analysis helping management make informed decisions.
Assist in preparing and formatting data for presentations reports or communications.
4. File Organization & Management
Organize both digital and physical files ensuring that data is stored in a systematic accessible way.
Maintain an organized filing system to make sure that data can be retrieved quickly and efficiently.
5. Administrative Support
Provide general office support including handling emails preparing documents and performing routine administrative tasks as needed.
Assist with various projects ensuring that all data-related tasks are completed in a timely manner.
6. Team Collaboration
Required Skills and QualificationsEducation: High school diploma or equivalent (Associates or Bachelors degree is a plus).
Experience: Prior experience in data entry or administrative support is preferred but not required.
Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook) with strong Excel skills (e.g. data manipulation formulas etc.).
Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail especially when handling large amounts of data.
Time Management: Ability to handle multiple tasks meet deadlines and prioritize workload.
Communication Skills: Basic verbal and written communication skills for interacting with internal teams and supervisors.
Confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
Preferred SkillsExperience with data entry software or database management systems (e.g. Salesforce Oracle).
Familiarity with data cleaning or data validation processes.
Bilingual skills (e.g. English/Spanish) may be a plus.
