Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate food production regulatory guidance training and compliance for all food production employees.
- Assist in the development and inspection of raw food production material specifications.
- Facilitate customer inspections of food production products services and facilities.
- Lead the recruitment process of food production employees providing training and orientation for new hires.
- Develop employee training schedules emphasizing productivity for maximum efficiency.

Qualifications:
