Location: Concord NH 03301

Duration: 13-weeks Contract

Shift: 12-hr Days

Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week (48 hours may be considered)

Weekly Pay: $2088 - $2268; (Negotiable based on experience)

Start Date: ASAP

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse with PCU/Stepdown experience to join our team on a 13-week contract. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced progressive care environment. This role is perfect for RNs looking for day shifts with flexible guaranteed hours.

Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care in the Progressive Care Unit / Stepdown setting.
Monitor assess and document patient conditions vital signs and treatment plans.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal patient care.
Utilize electronic medical records (EMR) for documentation (Cerner experience preferred).
Respond appropriately to patient emergencies and critical situations.

Required Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of Progressive Care/Stepdown experience. Travel experience must be documented.
Active NH RN license.
Licenses verification required for all active RN licenses.
BLS & ACLS certification required.
Experience with EMR systems preferred; Cerner experience a plus but not required.
Strong clinical judgment communication and teamwork skills.
