Job Summary

Job Title: Digital Project Manager (Agile Drupal CMS Atlassian State Websites)

Location: Atlanta GA (Hybrid- Local to Metro Atlanta.)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification

Responsibilities:

Develop and define project charters through collaboration with key stakeholders.
Confirm project scope schedule resources risks issues assumptions constraints and budget.
Manage changes to project scope schedule and costs using approved verification and change management processes.
Set expectations and align all stakeholders and team members according to the project plan.
Implement approved actions and workarounds to mitigate project risks.
Gather and document customer requirements constraints and assumptions through sessions such as planning meetings brainstorming and focus groups.
Obtain project charter approval from executive sponsors and business owners.
Follow established project management standards policies and methodologies defined by the organization.
Develop and maintain project plans using standardized software tools.
Conduct project meetings and present updates to executive-level stakeholders.
Advise leadership on project risks issues and solutions to maintain project success.
Capture lessons learned and document process improvements throughout the project lifecycle.
Manage project closure by ensuring deliverables meet business and contractual requirements.
Provide high-level technical guidance for Drupal-based content management systems and related digital platforms.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Mandatory Qualifications:

Strong background in project management for website or digital application development.
Proficiency with Agile project management methodologies.
Experience using Atlassian tools including Jira and Confluence for project tracking and documentation.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and MS Project.
Ability to evaluate risks and develop appropriate mitigation strategies.
Excellent oral and written communication skills with strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
Experience managing and coordinating with vendors.
Proven ability to influence and guide multiple stakeholders toward project success.
Experience providing project management guidance and adhering to formal methodologies and standards.

Preferred Qualifications:

Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE2 certification.
Experience working on state-level government website projects (preferably with the State of Georgia or other U.S. states).
Familiarity with Drupal-based content management systems.
Experience engaging with executive-level management and providing progress presentations.
