- Starting pay $14.00 an hour Performance bonus (Earn up to an average $18 an hour).

Along with a passion for helping people we look for:
- A high school diploma (or equivalent)
- Ability to pass a company-paid background check and drug screening
- Schedules: open 7 days a week weekends and nights included
- A hardwired internet connection in your work area
- Basic understanding of financial terms (APR/Card benefits & usage etc.)
- 1 year of customer service experience (Preferably in a call center environment)
- Trained to handle multiple call types along with differing customer personalities
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
