The Role
Were seeking an entry-level Fund Accountant to join our growing finance team. This is a hands-on role where youll gain exposure to multiple aspects of private equity trust and estate planning and taxation. No two days will be the same youll help with everything from processing bills and journal entries to assisting with financial reporting and investment analysis.
This position is ideal for someone who wants to build a foundation in accounting and finance while learning how a family office operates. Youll work directly with our Senior Accountant and investment professionals developing an understanding of how money moves through complex investment structures all while leveraging AI tools to work smarter and accelerate your learning.
What Youll Do
- Record and organize incoming mail payments and invoices
- Process bills and manage approvals through
- Prepare and post basic journal entries in NetSuite
- Assist in month-end close and account reconciliations
- Support financial reporting for entities and investment vehicles
- Collaborate with investment tax and operations teams
- Learn to use AI tools to streamline accounting tasks and data analysis
- Contribute to ad hoc projects across finance investments and operations
