Director of Kitchen Description:
Works together with the other restaurant leaders overseeing their growth and work in order to accomplish the Franchise Owner/Operators vision for the restaurant. A Kitchen Director will serve in the kitchen operations driving sales profit and morale while maintaining the quality of taste speed cleanliness and an attentive and courteous team.
