Exciting opportunity for a highly motivated Commercial Property Manager to take ownership of this portfolio and own all aspects of property management. Oversee day-to-day operations of a portfolio of 10 properties across Omaha ensuring all assets are well-maintained profitable and compliant with lease and regulatory requirements
Source negotiate and manage contracts for maintenance repairs landscaping janitorial and capital improvement projects.
Develop and manage annual budgets including forecasting capital expenditures and profitability analysis
Coordinate with accounting leasing and construction teams to align property operations with overall portfolio strategy
