Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 1:00 pm to 9:30 pm

Performs general operation as well as performing Production Operator Level I & II duties which may include forklift operation material handling and sorting inspecting and/or cylinder maintenance work
Inspect gas cylinders to detect surface defects
Operate Dapco in order to conduct testing of defects and thickness of cylinder walls
Calibrate and adjust ultrasonic testing equipment to required standards and settings
Review and interpret test results and documentation as it relates to local state and federal compliance and DOT regulations
Record test results cylinder serial number and test date in a timely and accurate manner
Stamp test date and label gas cylinders once ultrasonic testing is complete
Required Qualifications:
Candidates must have valid employment authorization in the U.S. and must not require visa sponsorship now or in the future. This position is not open for non-immigrant visa sponsorship.
Basic computer knowledge is required.
The ability to read and comprehend all written documents and instructions.
The ability to convert decimals to percentages and metric to English units is required.
The ability to become forklift certified is required.
Preferred Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED is preferred.
Minimum of 6 months as Cylinder Processor Level 1 with 120 hours of UTT Level 1 Training is preferred.
