P&C Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a highly motivated and experienced P&C Account Manager to join a growing team. This role is a blend of sales and service focusing primarily on Personal Lines with some Commercial and Farm Lines. As an integral part of a customer-focused office you will manage accounts from start to finish build strong client relationships and contribute to the agencys growth. This is an onsite position offering a unique opportunity to work in a highly visible and collaborative environment.
Compensation Package
- Base Salary: $50000 $55000 commission opportunities
- Competitive benefits package 401(k) paid time off professional development opportunities etc.
Responsibilities
- Provide full AZ account management for Personal Lines Accounts and support Account Management Staff
- Handle inbound call-in and walk-in sales inquiries
- Write new business and cross-sell additional products to existing clients
- Round out accounts to ensure comprehensive coverage for clients
- Build and maintain strong client relationships in a customer-facing role
- Utilize agency management software to manage accounts and documentation
Qualifications/Requirements
- Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license
- 2 years in account servicing and management preferred with exposure to sales
- Experience with agency management software or CRM systems
- Broad familiarity with carrier markets is a plus
