Registered Nurse (RN) Occupational Health

Location: Russellville AR
Contract Duration: 13 months (possible extension)
Schedule: MondayFriday 6:00 AM 2:00 PM

Pay Rate: $42/hour

Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join an Occupational Health team in Russellville AR. The RN will provide primary and emergency care for workplace and non-workplace injuries support employee wellness initiatives and ensure compliance with OSHA and company health standards.

Key Responsibilities

Provide care for occupational and non-occupational injuries and illnesses.
Administer prescription and over-the-counter medications as ordered.
Conduct screening tests such as drug/alcohol testing spirometry and audiometric exams.
Maintain OSHA state and employee health records accurately.
Participate in plant safety ergonomic and health promotion programs.
Assist with workers compensation documentation and compliance.
Perform facility walk-throughs to ensure adherence to modified or restricted duty requirements.
Collaborate with employees supervisors and interdisciplinary teams to support health and safety goals.

Qualifications & Experience

Completion of an accredited nursing program (LPN/LVN or RN).
Active nursing license in Arkansas or a compact state.
Minimum 1 year of nursing experience; occupational health experience preferred.
Strong communication organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to navigate industrial/plant environments safely including stairs and ladders.
Proficient in basic computer applications; prior experience with business/occupational health software a plus.
CPR and First Aid Instructor certifications preferred.
