Synertex LLC is seeking a Range and Training Land Program (RTLP) Specialist to support sustainable range operations and training land management at Greencove Springs FL. The Specialist will assist with range planning data management and coordination to optimize training effectiveness and maintain compliance with Army standards.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain and update range data in RCMP (Range Complex Master Plan) and ARRM (Army Range Requirements Model) systems.
- Support planning and execution of training exercises and range utilization.
- Collect and document data to support reporting and decision-making.
- Assist RTLP Leads with range modernization sustainment and operational planning.
- Ensure compliance with Army policies regulations and safety standards.
REQUIREMENTS:
Security:
- U.S. Citizenship required.
- Must successfully complete a government suitability determination prior to employment.
Experience:
- 2 years of experience in range operations training support or military operations planning.
- Familiarity with RCMP and ARRM tools and Army range policies.
- Strong organizational analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to work on-site at Greencove Springs FL supporting multiple units.
- Prior military or operational experience preferred.
