Assistant Manager

What youll do

Delegate duties and supervise facility employees
Supervise and participate in receiving processing and shipping grain commodities
Maintain an understanding of end-user requirements to ensure the product meets specifications
Ensure consistent compliance with quality control standards
Monitor and recommend improvements to increase operating efficiency and profitability
Keep safety top of mind

What you bring to our team

At least four years of grain and/or special crops experience
Good communication and working relationships with your teammates and customers
The ability to effectively plan and organize employee activities
The aptitude and physical ability to operate grain processing equipment
Good eyesight and colour perception
