Two years of experience or training in the installation and/or maintenance of heating ventilating or air conditioning systems.

Job Duties:
Performs preventive maintenance duties on air handling units motors exhaust fans fan coil units DX (Direct Expanse) units PTAC (Package Terminal Air Conditioner) units window units RTU (Roof Top Units) cooling towers and generators totaling over 500 units.
Repairs and maintains heating ventilating air conditioning and refrigeration equipment in buildings or complexes requiring total HVAC capacity of 20 tons or more.
Performs other duties assigned by Foreman and above.
