The Role
We are seeking an Automation Solution Analyst & Developer to join our this role you will be responsible for designing developing and implementing automation solutions to streamline processes and improve efficiency across the organisation.
- Analyse business processes and identify opportunities for automation
- Primary focus the maintenance and development of the Beyond Bank chatbot
- Upkeep and advancement voice component of our Customer Relationship Centre
- Working within Genesys platform and other contact centre platforms
- Prepare roadmap of development opportunities
- Conduct & document automation processes and test cases
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and ensure successful implementation
- Stay up-to-date with the latest automation trends tools and technologies
Qualifications :
Your experience:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field (desirable)
- Knowledge of AI and machine learning (essential)
- Understanding of automation principles (essential)
- Comprehension of basic computer coding (desirable)
- Proficiency in Customer Experience platforms including telephony and chatbot development tools e.g. Genesys or similar systems
- Knowledge of software design principles testing methodologies and best practices
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to document processes
- Experience with Agile methodologies (desirable)
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g. AWS Azure) (desirable)
- Understanding of database concepts and SQL (desirable)
