Job Summary

Join Our Team - Were Hiring!

Full-time 6 Month Contract 

As a Customer Experience Consultant youll be the first point of contact for families and staff offering expert assistance via phone and written communication. Youll help parents navigate payment processes understand account statements and access support with Child Care Subsidy matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service in response to phone and written inquiries.
  • Guide customers through billing processes and Child Care Subsidy queries.
  • Interpret and explain account statements clearly and effectively.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and manage debtor accounts.
  • Investigate and resolve customer concerns and grievances.
  • Compile reports and provide insights that support service improvement.
  • Meet key performance indicators as set by the CX Team Leaders.

Qualifications :

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Previous experience in a customer service role.
  • Previous experience in debt collection is highly desirable.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in a school or education-related environment is a bonus.
  • Strong ability to build relationships and deliver solutions that meet customer needs
