We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Director of Sales - Corporate to join our team in Kuala Lumpur Malaysia. This key leadership role will drive our corporate sales strategy ensuring revenue growth and market leadership in the region.
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies for corporate clients aligning with overall business objectives
- Lead mentor and supervise the sales team setting clear performance targets and providing ongoing coaching
- Identify and secure new business opportunities cultivating strong relationships with key corporate clients
- Oversee the management of key accounts ensuring exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction
- Analyze market trends competitor activity and client feedback to maintain a competitive edge
- Collaborate with the commercial team to develop innovative pricing strategies and sales packages
- Manage departmental budget and oversee sales-related contracts agreements and proposals
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance pipeline status and market analysis to senior leadership
- Champion interdepartmental collaboration to deliver cohesive and memorable service experiences
- Act as a visible role model for the highest standards of professionalism and brand representation
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or related field
- 5-7 years of progressive experience in corporate sales with at least 2-3 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of successfully managing and leading corporate sales teams to achieve revenue targets
- Demonstrated expertise in strategic sales planning account management and business development
- Strong understanding of corporate sales market trends and best practices
- Proficiency in CRM and sales management systems
- Excellent working knowledge of MS Excel Word and PowerPoint
- Outstanding leadership and coaching abilities with a proven ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams
- Exceptional presentation negotiation and public speaking skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and make informed business decisions
- Results-oriented with meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Innovative mindset constantly seeking creative ways to secure new business opportunities
- Ability to multi-task prioritize and work effectively in a fast-paced high-pressure environment
- Strong network within the corporate sector
- Willingness to travel for business development and client meetings
