Job Summary
What youll do
Our live-in care assistants are extraordinary people who do the everyday things that mean so much to our clients. Supporting vulnerable people to live safer and supported lives in their own homes youll provide day-to-day companionship personal care assist clients with the activities of daily living and help with practical tasks like shopping mealtimes and housework. We support all our Live-in Care Assistants and provide training as well as opportunities for career progression. You will be provided with your own private room and have adequate breaks each day. Every day will be different. And youll never know what challenges youre about to face next. One thing you can be sure of though is that youll be making your clients days brighter.
With this role you will be supporting an adult in their home. The key tasks with this role include:
- Personal care
- Bowel care
- Assistance with household duty
- Meal prep
- Accessing the community
Qualifications :
What youll need
This is a very important and rewarding role that requires a confident caring and friendly care professional. Our client has mental health conditions that causes them to displays challenging behaviour. Experience with challenging behaviour is preference for the successful carer.
This is an excellent opportunity to enhance your current skill base and join us as a Complex Care Assistant.
You will have full training and clinical support to develop and enhance skills in various complex areas.
