Job Summary

Position Title: Data Analyst

Reports to: CDAO

Position Objective: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Data Analyst to join our team. This role is ideal for professionals looking to grow their analytical skills in a dynamic data-driven environment. You will support business decisions by collecting analyzing and interpreting data to uncover trends patterns and insights.

Essential Functions

Collect clean and validate data from internal and external sources.
Analyze datasets to identify trends patterns and opportunities for improvement.
Build and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI.
Write and optimize SQL queries to extract and manipulate data.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver insights.
Assist in developing and maintaining data documentation and reporting standards.
Support ad hoc analysis and contribute to ongoing data initiatives.
Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends and anomalies.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Data Science Statistics Mathematics Computer Science Economics or a related field.
Based out of Oklahoma City metropolitan area.
Proficiency in Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
Strong working knowledge of SQL for querying and data manipulation.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Strong communication skills to present findings clearly and effectively.
Preferred but not required:
- Experience with Salesforce Snowflake and/or Python
- Understanding of data modeling and ETL processes.
- Exposure to business intelligence or analytics projects.
