The Opportunity

As a Contract Manager you will be a part of the procurement department that supports the business by managing various supplier contracts ensuring compliance identifying risks while developing value adding relationships both internally and externally to the company. No two days are the same and the tasks are both fun and challenging.


  • Monitor contract performance and compliance analyzing supplier performance and addressing deviations or disputes (OTD prices savings etc.).
  • Drive performance improvement initiatives and execute on potential findings.
  • Maintain existing contracts by ensuring timely renewals amendments and terminations.
  • Secure optimizations savings/cost reductions and efficiency gains through close collaboration with suppliers and business units.
  • Identify and manage risks by ensuring compliance with legal and business standards.
  • Act as a liaison between suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve and improve contract outcomes.
  • Support process improvement and work instruction development on assigned contracts.
  • Support digitalization and automation initiatives within procurement processes.

We seek a team member who can identify with the description below:

  • Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management Business Administration legal or another relevant education
  • 3 years contract management experience.
  • Experience from a technical environment.
  • Excellent knowledge of IT systems including MS Office.
  • Fluent in English
