CHALLENGES TO BE MET

• Set and communicate a clear direction for your teamwhilealigningwith BDCs long-termbusinessobjectives

• Work closely with your team to meet and exceed overallobjectivesrelated to new client acquisitionfinancing andadvisorysolutionsclient service portfolio growth as well as otherkeymetrics

• Recruit develop andretaintalent

• Foster transparent communication and an environment of openness

• Connect with local business professionals to develop relationships and obtain referrals

• Contribute to area and regional growthobjectivesas part of the leadership team

• Foster the growth and performance of team members through coaching mentorship and continuous development initiatives

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Bachelors degree(Business Administration/Accounting/Finance or relevant field)

• 3 years of front-line sales leadership experienceand/or 1015 years progressive experience in financial services

• Excellent communication skills including public speaking

• Recognizedfor outstanding customer service

• Exceptional atprioritizingand managing multiple stakeholders

• Proven ability to lead high performing teams

• Professional credentials such as MBA CPA CFA PMP or CMC (asset)

A valid drivers license and access to a vehicle isrequired.
