What Youll Do:

As part of our team youll have the chance to make a real difference every day:

Deliver exceptional massages tailored to each guests unique needs (Swedish Deep Tissue Hot Stone Prenatal and more).
Offer enhancements and upgrades to elevate the experience (and earn extra income!).
Share your knowledge to promote the wellness benefits of regular massage and self-care.
Maintain a welcoming safe and serene space for every client.
Support spa operations by helping with room readiness cleanliness and teamwork.

Consistent bookings year-round
Hourly base pay ($22/hr) plus tips averaging $20$30 per massage.

This is a full-time position with Sunday availability required. The ideal candidate is available to work 35 days per week. However part-time candidates are invited to apply

What Were Looking For:

A licensed Massage Therapist in California (or eligible for a Napa permit).
Skilled in Swedish and Deep Tissue with additional modalities a plus.
Passionate about wellness self-care and helping others feel their best.
A team player with excellent communication and a warm professional presence.
