Finance Services Risk & Regulatory team

Our Financial Services Risk and Regulatory team is dedicated to supporting our clients with the ever-evolving regulatory environment. We work with Irelands largest organisations across a wide range financial services including retail banking international banking insurance asset and wealth management and payment services.

Purpose-led work youll be part of

As an Associate youll work as part of a team of problem solvers helping to support clients with regulatory compliance

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Design and enhancement of Compliance and Risk Frameworks including the development of policies and procedures which align with our clients evolving regulatory agenda
Support our clients to navigate both existing and emerging regulations and to deliver large-scale remediation and transformation projects.
Interpretation and implementation of upcoming regulations
Conduct regulatory documentation reviews ensuring alignment with clients regulatory obligations and industry best practice.
Guide our clients throughout market entry authorisation processes providing end-to-end support throughout the processes

Experiences and skills

Degree qualified with 1 years experience in a Compliance environment within Industry or consulting
An understanding of the Irish regulatory landscape with relevant experience gained in AML and/or Conduct regulations such as CPC SME CCMA F&P MiFID etc.
Experience of working in and / or with financial service organisations
Strong analytical and report-writing skills with the ability to communicate data-driven insights into business outcomes
A strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
High level proficiency in Microsoft Office tools i.e. Excel PowerPoint Word.
