The Impact You Will Make
Build lead and develop a growing team within the Corporate Accounts organization focused on driving new business and revenue growth across mid-market and enterprise customers.
Recruit coach and inspire a team of Enterprise Sales Executives to consistently exceed goals through data-driven execution and strong sales fundamentals. You will bring structure accountability and energy to a fast-scaling business ensuring each team member has a clear plan for success and the tools to achieve it.
Collaborate closely with other Sales Managers the Director of Corporate Accounts and partners across Marketing Strategy Product and Revenue Operations to improve processes share best practices and strengthen overall performance.
Track performance through detailed reporting and forecasting using insights to identify opportunities refine strategy and drive continuous improvement.

What You Bring to the Table
7 years of B2B sales experience with at least 2 years leading a high-performing sales team
Proven track record of exceeding targets through data-driven execution and disciplined pipeline management
Deep experience leading outbound sales motions that consistently generate new business and drive sustainable growth
Success managing complex high-value deals (>$1M) with enterprise clients navigating multiple stakeholders and executive decision makers
Experience recruiting developing and motivating sales talent in a fast-paced environment
Strong analytical mindset with comfort using CRM platforms sales analytics tools and spreadsheets to guide strategy and decisions
Excellent communication presentation and relationship management skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders
Strategic thinker who balances coaching and execution while fostering a culture of accountability and growth
