The Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Transformation Architect to join our team on a 6-month contract in Riyadh. This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about driving change and innovation within organizations. As a Transformation Architect you will play a crucial role in assessing and implementing transformation initiatives that enhance business performance

Your Key Responsibilities

Assess current organizational processes and systems to identify areas for improvement.
Design and implement transformation strategies that align with business objectives.
Conduct complex problem-solving to address challenges and optimize performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of transformation initiatives.
Provide guidance and support to stakeholders throughout the transformation process.

Skills and Attributes for Success

5-8 years of relevant experience in transformation or change management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in both Arabic and English is a must.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in designing and implementing assessment frameworks.
