Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our team and support the daily operations of our Shopify store. This role requires a combination of technical knowledge organizational skills and a keen visual sense to help us deliver an outstanding online shopping experience.
Tasks
Responsibilities:
- Manage and update products bundles and metafields within Shopify
- Handle content updates and merchandising tasks using Shopify and Shogun
- Support product launches incl. bundles and collection setups
- Perform bug testing and landing page testing to ensure flawless customer experience
- Conduct research tasks to support decision-making and innovation
- Document procedures workflows and best practices for internal reference
- Collaborate on project management tasks ensuring smooth workflows and timely execution
- Assist with data analysis and performance tracking
- Select and curate product content when needed
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation in project management tools (preferably ClickUp)
Requirements
Requirements:
- Solid knowledge of Shopify (products collections metafields bundles)
- Experience with Shogun or similar page builders
- Strong project management skills and experience using PM tools (ideally ClickUp)
- Strong analytical skills combined with a visual eye for content
- Flexible proactive and hands-on approach
- Thorough and detail-oriented
- Affinity for products and e-commerce
- Positive solution-oriented mindset
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
