Ready to take the lead on high-impact ICT projects that drive digital transformation across NSW As a Principal Project Officer youll manage complex technology initiatives from concept to delivery ensuring systems solutions and digital services are delivered on time on budget and to the highest standards. What you will bring to the role:

  • Proven experience leading complex ICT projects from concept to completion balancing competing priorities tight deadlines and interdependent deliverables.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to communicate negotiate and build trusted relationships across diverse technical and business groups.
  • A strategic and analytical mindset able to identify risks manage issues proactively and make informed decisions that keep projects on track.
  • Advanced communication and influencing skills with the ability to translate complex information clearly and persuasively for different audiences.
  • Demonstrated accountability and integrity ensuring work is delivered to the highest quality within governance and budget frameworks.
  • A collaborative adaptable approach bringing drive resilience and a focus on achieving tangible results in a fast-paced evolving environment.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement and innovation using lessons learned and insights to enhance project delivery and organisational outcomes.
