Job Summary
TheHouseperson at Holiday Inn Boston Cambridge Area will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness throughout the hotel ensuring a comfortable environment for guests.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in cleaning and maintaining guest rooms and public areas
- Provide support to housekeeping staff as needed
- Restock supplies in rooms and public areas
- Respond to guest requests promptly
Requirements:
- Prior housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
- Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects
