We are currently seeking a friendly and guest focused Conference and Banqueting Attendant to join our Conference and Banqueting team.
Essential Functions
- Set up and de-set of equipment and décor in conference rooms
- Food service during events
- Set conference rooms to the correct standards with the correct customer requirements.
- Ensure that the conference equipment is in good working order; report any defects to the Property Services Manager.
- Take responsibility for the security of the conference area equipment and supplies within the area.
- Maintaining staff morale with the department through good communication and
staff involvement.
Competencies
- Good Communication skills (verbal listening writing)
- Innovative
- Pro-active and reliable
- Able to work alone and within a team
- Good level of English essential
