Motorola Solutions (MSI) is seeking a Senior Quality Manager to support our Systems Staging and ASTRO Upgrade Operations organizations. This role is critical in ensuring the integrity reliability compliance and capability of our staged system and system upgrade processes.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement quality strategies for systems staging and ASTRO upgrade operations.
Establish and maintain quality metrics and reporting mechanisms.
Collaborate with product development (HW/SW) manufacturing supplier management and customer service teams to ensure end-to-end quality.
Manage the internal audit programs to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and other relevant standards.
Manage root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions for quality issues.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives using data analysis and quality tools.
Ensure all processes and products meet regulatory and customer requirements.
Preferred Qualifications:
Expertise in quality processes and metrics.
Proficiency in data analysis tools such as EasyBI Tableau.
Proficiency in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM).
Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher) ASQ Certified Quality Auditor or similar certifications.
Working knowledge of ISO 9001.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficient in usage of quality tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Target Base Salary Range: $90000- $135000
Consistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity. Pay within this range varies and depends on job-related knowledge skills and experience. The actual offer will be based on the individual candidate.
