JOB SUMMARY:
At Gallagher Services - a Catholic Charities program we believe that every person deserves a life filled with meaning independence and relationships that matter. We are seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) who values people for who they are and is excited to walk alongside adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities as they engage in the activities they love and pursue their goals.
Work Schedule: Tuesday-Friday 11p-9a
Youll spend your days supporting total care to a group of people who enjoy:

- Singing along to music
This group is looking for someone who is kind dependable a good communicator and most of allsomeone who enjoys spending time with them. If youre someone who takes joy in building real connections and being present in the moment youll thrive here.
How Youll Support:
- Help by cooking cleaning laundry and giving medication
- Support community engagement whether thats a walk in the park or attending a local events.
- Be a steady presence in important momentsfamily visits milestones or just a shared cup of coffee
- Advocate for each persons rights and help build their confidence and sense of self
- Keep clear respectful records to ensure continuity of care and support
Minimum Requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Valid drivers license with at least 2 years of driving experience and no more than 3 points
- Comfortable driving agency vehicles and assisting people who use wheelchairs
- Able to lift up to 75 pounds stand for long periods and provide physical assistance when needed
- Completion of Medication Technician Training Program (or willingness to complete)
- Must hold a current and valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license
