Join Covenant Constructors LLC as a Data Entry Processor in a fully remote this remote role you will play a crucial part in managing processing and verifying data that supports our commercial and utility construction operations. Key Responsibilities
Process incoming data files and documents accurately entering information into databases and systems from your remote workspace.
Verify data for correctness completeness and consistency supporting remote operations and enabling onsite teams to access accurate information.
Manage and archive both digital and paper-based records coordinating with remote stakeholders to ensure seamless access.
Generate reports and summary metrics that support remote monitoring of project performance data health and workflow efficiency.
Collaborate with remote project managers operations staff and administrative teams to resolve discrepancies and maintain data quality.
Improve and refine remote data entry workflows suggest process enhancements and implement remote tools to streamline operations.
Provide support to remote audit and compliance efforts ensuring documentation is available for review and meets regulatory and internal standards.
Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information in a remote work environment adhering to all company policies and data protection measures.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates degree or certification in data management business administration or a related field preferred.
Minimum 2 years of experience in data entry records management administrative support or a similar role; remote work experience strongly preferred.
Proficient with spreadsheet tools (e.g. Microsoft Excel) database systems and general office software; comfortable working remotely and using remote collaboration tools.
Excellent attention to detail organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks independently in a remote work setting.
