Join George Wall Construction as a Data Entry Administrator in a fully remote this remote position you will play a critical part in our operations by managing key data and administrative workflows from your home office. This remote work environment allows you to support our on-site teams while contributing to remote data operations ensuring accuracy and accessibility of information across the organization. You will interface with both remote and on-site staff helping to streamline processes and ensure data flows smoothly across our construction operations.
Key Responsibilities
Perform high-volume data entry from your remote workspace ensuring accuracy consistency and completeness of records.
Establish and maintain remote filing and documentation systems (digital and where needed) supporting access for remote and on-site stakeholders.
Verify entered data for correctness and reconcile discrepancies in coordination with remote teams and on-site personnel.
Prepare reports summaries and data exports to support remote management review and decisionmaking.
Collaborate remotely with project managers field staff and administrative teams to ensure timely data submission and remote workflow coordination.
Assist in process improvement initiatives for remote data entry and administration tasks recommending remote-friendly tools tags or templates.
Maintain confidentiality and data security in a remote work environment ensuring compliance with company standards and remote access protocols.
Provide remote administrative support such as scheduling document retrieval and virtual filing to enable seamless operations across remote and on-site activities.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates degree or certificate in business administration records management or related field preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in data entry administrative support or related roles; experience working remotely is strongly preferred.
Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills; capable of managing tasks independently in a remote work environment.
Proficiency with spreadsheet software databases and digital document management tools; comfort with remote collaboration platforms.
Reliable internet connection and dedicated remote workspace free from distractions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to coordinate remotely and on-site as needed.
