Job Summary

This is a remote position.

Join George Wall Construction as a Data Entry Assistant in a fully remote this remote-focused position you will support our data team by performing detailed entry validation and administrative tasks from your home office. This remote opportunity enables you to collaborate with both remote and onsite teams helping streamline data workflows while enjoying the flexibility and balance of working remotely. Key Responsibilities

  • Enter data accurately and efficiently from various sources into company databases and systems working entirely remote.

  • Verify entries for completeness correctness and consistency supporting remote workflows and remote stakeholders.

  • Maintain document organization and retrieval systems from your remote workspace ensuring data is accessible both remotely and on-site as needed.

  • Assist remote teams by managing routine administrative tasks such as record updates document filing and data corrections to support remote operations.

  • Collaborate remotely with project managers field staff and administrative personnel to clarify data requirements and ensure remote and onsite alignment.

  • Identify opportunities to improve remote data entry and administrative processes recommending remote-friendly tools or techniques to enhance efficiency.

  • Support remote audits by preparing documentation tracking versions and providing access to records from remote systems.

  • Adhere to confidentiality security and best-practice protocols in a remote work setting while coordinating with onsite and remote team members.



Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required. Associates degree or certificate in business administration records management or related field preferred.

  • Experience in data entry clerical or administrative support roles; experience working remotely or supporting remote workflows is highly desirable.

  • Proficiency with spreadsheet tools (e.g. Microsoft Excel) database systems and document management software; comfortable working remotely and using remote collaboration tools.

  • Excellent attention to detail strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple remote tasks from a home office.

  • Reliable internet connection a dedicated remote workspace and the discipline to manage tasks independently in a remote environment.

  • Good written and verbal communication skills able to collaborate effectively with remote and onsite team members.

  • Self-motivated and capable of thriving in a remote role with minimal supervision and strong remote productivity habits.

  • Understanding of data security confidentiality and version control best practices in remote workflow contexts.

Required Skills:

High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates degree or certification in data management business administration or a related field preferred.
