Founded in 1983 the Spondylitis Association of America (SAA) is the first and largest nonprofit in the U.S. dedicated to spondyloarthritisa group of inflammatory diseases that primarily affect the spine and joints. With over 3.2 million Americans impacted SAA provides trusted resources education advocacy and support for patients and their families. We lead efforts in research and awareness ensuring no one faces spondylitis alone. For over 40 years weve focused on just one type of arthritisyours.
We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Virtual Data Entry Specialist to assist with entering updating and maintaining accurate information in our systems. This is a fully remote entry-level position ideal for someone who is organized focused and comfortable working independently on a computer.
Key Responsibilities:
Enter and update data accurately into spreadsheets databases or company systems.
Review information for errors or inconsistencies and correct them when necessary.
Maintain data confidentiality and security.
Organize label and manage digital files.
Perform routine data cleanup and verification tasks.
Communicate with team members via email or chat to clarify information.
Assist with basic administrative or record-keeping tasks as needed.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent (associates degree a plus).
Basic computer skills especially with Microsoft Excel Google Sheets or similar tools.
Reliable internet connection and personal computer.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good typing speed (minimum 3545 WPM preferred).
Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines.
Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Good written communication skills.
