We are looking for a detail-oriented Virtual Data Entry Typist to join our remote this role you will be responsible for accurately inputting updating and maintaining data in our systems and databases. This position is ideal for someone who is organized dependable and comfortable working independently from home.
Key Responsibilities:
Enter verify and update data into spreadsheets or databases
Review and correct data errors before final submission
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Prepare and sort documents for data entry
Ensure data accuracy and completeness
Follow company data management procedures
Communicate with team members for clarification or missing information
Perform basic administrative or clerical tasks as needed
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate degree preferred)
Strong typing skills (minimum 4050 WPM with accuracy)
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel Word) or Google Workspace
Reliable internet connection and a personal computer/laptop
Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Good written and verbal communication skills
Previous experience in data entry or clerical work (preferred not required)
