What you will do:

  • Manage incoming calls representing our Banking Client with professionalism and accuracy.
  • Update customer and Merchant accounts promptly and accurately.
  • Leverage technology to provide exceptional service and resolve customer queries.
  • Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
  • Work closely with your team to identify and adopt new ways of working to deliver excellence for our clients.

What you will need to have:

  • Previous experience in a customer service role.
  • Strong multi-tasking abilities and detail-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle customer queries with patience and professionalism.
  • Must be willing to work in-office.
