About the role:

Visy Logistics located in Forrestfield seeks an experienced Fleet Supervisor to lead the operational management of the WA fleet. This newly created position plays a key role in driving fleet performance maintaining safety standards and ensuring service excellence. You will oversee a team of 16 drivers manage stakeholder relationships and apply transport expertise to optimise fleet efficiency. Strong financial acumen is essential for managing operational costs and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.

What youll do:
Key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Ensure timely and accurate scheduling and allocation of daily fleet operations
• Maintain excellent working relationships with all stakeholders customers and drivers
• Communicate effectively with drivers and customers regarding planning runs and delays
• Conduct proactive assessments to identify opportunities for operational efficiency
• Manage and monitor payroll drivers performance leave entitlements and truck servicing
• Plan and optimise load distribution using strong analytical and resource planning skills
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance revenue margins and cost accountability

What youll bring:

• Proven experience in a Fleet Supervisor or Controller role within transport & logistics
• Strong knowledge of OH&S CoR & NHVR regulations
• Experience with SAP MT Data WMS or TMS systems
• A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
